Today, we found that the National Health Commission of China has released the latest epidemic prevention and control policies on November 11, 2022. There are two policies closely related to our international students studying in China. The specific policy information is as follows:

1.取消入境航班熔断机制，并将登机前48小时内2次核酸检测阴性证明调整为登机前48小时内1次核酸检测阴性证明。

The circuit breaker mechanism for inbound flights has been cancelled, and the two negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours before boarding have been adjusted to one negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before boarding.

2.对入境人员，将“7天集中隔离+3天居家健康监测”调整为“5天集中隔离+3天居家隔离”，期间赋码管理、不得外出。入境人员在第一入境点完成隔离后，目的地不得重复隔离。集中隔离医学观察的第1、2、3、5天各开展1次核酸检测，居家隔离医学观察第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测。

For those entering China, the "7-day centralized quarantine + 3-day home health monitoring" will be adjusted to "5-day centralized quarantine + 3-day home quarantine", during which time they will be assigned a code and will not be allowed to go out. After the inbound personnel completes the quarantine at the first point of entry, the destination shall not be quarantined again. A nucleic acid test will be carried out on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of centralized isolation medical observation, and a nucleic acid test will be carried out on the 1st and 3rd day of home isolation medical observation.
