I’m afraid you need to do the physical examination again because the result is valid for only 6 months. In addition, the physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the form should include the signature of the attending physician and the official stamp of the hospital. So, the examination you have done before may be unqualified and you’d better do it again.
