You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other equipment, or loss of data that results from such download of the Tribe software. Neither Tribe nor any third- party information providers and vendors will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, income, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or damages caused by theft, unauthorized access, systems failure, or communications line failure, or the cost of procuring substitute goods or services, caused by the use of or inability to use the site, materials or any products or services provided herein, or any other matter relating to this site, even if Tribe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data and other materials appearing on this Site that are provided by third parties are believed by Tribe to be obtained from reliable sources, but we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for their accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability for use. Tribe is not responsible for, and does not prepare, edit, or endorse, the content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from any website owned or operated by a third party that is linked to this Site via hyperlink. The fact that Tribe has provided a link to a third party's website does not constitute an implicit or explicit endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation by Tribe with respect to such website, its owners, providers, or services. 6.    Advertisements and Promotions

Tribe may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Sites. Tribe takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Tribe liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. Your use of Interactive Areas is at your own risk. As a provider of interactive services, Tribe is not liable for any statements, representations or Content provided by its users in any public forum, user-created page or other Interactive Area. Although Tribe has no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the Content posted in any Interactive Area, Tribe reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen edit or even delete any Content posted or stored on the Sites at any time and for any reason without notice, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any Content you post or store on the Sites at your sole cost and expense. Any use of the Interactive Areas or other portions of the Sites in violation of the foregoing violates these Site Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Sites. If you post Content to the Sites, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Tribe and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content throughout the world in any media. You grant Tribe and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. 2.     The text of the Link must read " Tribe” or https://tribe.cucas.cn/.You may not use any Tribe's logo or graphic, or any other trademark, as part of the Link without Tribe's express written permission;

3.     The Link and surrounding context on the linking site must not:

• falsely represent or misrepresent any relationship between the linking site and Tribe, including suggestions of affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship;
• portray Tribe or its affiliates, or their products or services, in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner;
• deliver content and materials in a framed environment or alter the layout, content, look, or feel of the Site.

If you have created a Link that conforms to these Linking Conditions, then you also may include one or more Links to any internal or subsidiary page of this Site that is located one or several levels down from the homepages (known as "deep links"), provided, however, that all such deep links must be in close physical proximity to the Link that conforms to the Linking Conditions. You may not maintain numerous or pervasive Links to the Site.

10.         Severability

If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The security of our users' personally identifiable information is a high priority for Tribe. This Privacy Policy applies to personally identifiable information collected by Beijing CUCAS Co., Ltd on its Web site at https://tribe.cucas.cn/. 
Personally identifiable information, which we call "personal information" in this policy, is information that directly identifies or is directly associated with an identifiable person. Some examples of personal information include a user's name, address, email address, citizenship, date and place of birth, and parents' names and addresses. If you are under 13 years old, you should not create an account with us, otherwise provide personal information to us through our sites or other services, or create any applications or other forms through our services.

We may use cookies to identify users and to customize their experiences. Our cookies contain no personal information about you. We use cookies to prevent you from having to repeatedly enter your login information, to save college and scholarship searches temporarily, to administer our Web sites and help us understand how visitors use them, and to improve our Web sites and related products and services.
