If you often log into and use your WeChat account, it won't be deleted by the system. However, if the WeChat account is not logged into for a long time, the system may delete the account depending on how often the account has been used. If the account has been deleted, and you still want to use WeChat, please sign up for a new account.

Most of the time, there is no way to get your account back if you believe it was blocked or erased. You might have to make a new one Survival race.
