In WeChat, you can determine whether your message has been read by looking at the status indicators next to the message.
Sent: When you send a message, it will show a single gray checkmark next to it. This indicates that the message has been successfully sent from your device.
Delivered: Once the message has been delivered to the recipient's device, a second gray checkmark will appear next to the message. This means that the message has reached the recipient's device.
