Documents Required for Chinese-taught Programs

►Application Form to Southwest University (in duplicate, including one photocopy)

►Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized copies in Chinese or English.

►Photocopy of HSK certificate or other Chinese proficiency proof

►CD of Works. Applicants for music need to submit a CD of the applicant’s own works; applicants for fine arts students need to submit a CD of the applicant’s own works, including two sketches, two color paintings and two other works;

►Two recent photos (white background, in passport size). Please write down the applicant’s name and major at the back of the photo

►Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

►Two photocopies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Applicants keep the original form for study visa application.)

►For Non-English speakers: Photocopy of IELTS certificate with the score of not less than 6.0, or TOEFL (Internet-based) certificate with the score of not less than 80;

►Two recent photos (white background, in passport size). Please write down the applicant’s name and major at the back of the photo;

►Photocopy of the applicant’s valid passport;

►Two photocopies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Applicants keep the original form for study visa application.)
