Chinese Government Scholarships is a full scholarship.
Shanghai Government Scholarship include category A and category B. The former one exempts the tuition fee and provides free on-campus accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance and living stipend (Master student: 3000RMB/month, Doctoral student: 3500RMB/month), which is the same as full scholarship.
