I want to greatly concentrate on the incentives that stimulated me to pursue further studying and reflect the motives for my choice of the Zhejiang Gongshang University, China and as well state my future career objectives. I have chosen to work in the area of Land and Real Estate because it has such a demand for new ideas and at the same time it requires a good entrepreneurial background which has obvious implications in real life activities. My education suits this field very well. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Estate Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management Technology with a specialization in Management. I already have an extensive knowledge and experience both in Estate Management and Business Management Technology. All this probably makes me an Real Estate Manager, but my main objective is to become a good and efficient one. I have been taught by very good lecturers, after a course I took with Professor Ighalo, a reputable and respectable scholar, I have decided that there is nothing more interesting than having a world class and internationally recognized Land and Real Estate or Project Management Masters degree. Professor Ighalo and other Associate Professors made issues of environment, land and real estate management, economics and government policies very interesting and fascinating, and they attracted me to the issues of land disputes and resource management problems. I enjoyed listening to them and want to teach my mind to operate in a similar manner. Attention is paid to every individual fact and each formal problem situation solutions suggested is a reflection of the real environmental solutions.
While writing my PGD Certificate Thesis, I had a chance to see that a simple look at graphical charts can be very useful than the application of sophisticated techniques. One of the reasons I want to study further is to reach at-least the same level of intuitiveness and panoramic view of the subject as my lecturers and tutors have. My Post Graduate Diploma was in the field of Business Management and Entrepreneurial Technology, which I am very interested in, I was mostly empirical in my dissertation and I worked under the guidance of a good scholar, Professor M. O. Oni. The greatest part of my work was devoted to government policies and data analysis. The task made me understand more the correlation between Business Management Technology and Estate Management which was one of the reasons that necessitated the choice of Land and Real Estate and Project Management. We also made effort to build a model that explains the impact of Development Control Measures on Land Development Pattern. My first degree thesis was also submitted during our institutional local chapter "MCPD conference" and currently it is likely to be published in the institutional gazette.
I am determined and resolve to further my studies this year. Having been a former Assistant Lecturer and currently a Senior Technical Officer, I now understand the need and the effort to be applied for a good candidate to become a mentor or an expert in a chosen field of study. All this gives me the motivation to apply to the Zhejiang Gongshang University, China. I have an out-going personality, self confidence, hard working and determined, excellent communication skills, with strong ability to do several tasks at the same time, and I am ready for a new leap in my career. I will work hard with the hope that the quality and quantity of effort I put in will result in acquiring higher quality knowledge and experience. I therefore feel obliged to be able to secure admission in your prestigious university with full financial assistance and pursue my MSc program.
