MOTIVATION LETTER Dear Sir/Madam, I am preparing a PhD application and I would like to have some help with my Motivation Letter, I’m writing this letter to express my interest and I want apply for PhD in Electrical Engineering. In 2016, I’ve done completed my MS/M-Phil in Electrical From Indus University Specializations in “Power System Analysis” in 1st Position (Gold Medalist) & Under Gradation Electrical Technology from Ned University of Engineering & Technology in 2nd Position. I’ve 09 year experiences and now I'm working in K-Electric Formerly K.E.S.C. – Karachi Electric Supply Corporation Limited. Operation & Maintenance Power System Experiences Testing and Commissioning Quality Control. In my current role at K-Electric formerly Karachi Electric Supply Corporation Limited as a Electrical Engineer, I have an excellent organization and coordinating skills and all the aspects of a power system, from designing, drawing circuitry, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, conducting quality assurance and reporting. My skills are excellent and I’m working as a part of a team, as well as different projects. The company and support of my peers while being able to manage my priorities and work. My day-to-day job involves efficiently managing others, communicating complex data to the technical team and break down this information for clients. Problem-solving and troubleshooting are tasks which I face on a daily basis and am confident at resolving. When there is an issue, as often happens in large-scale power systems, I am sure to investigate the issue fully, scope out the best methods to resolve it, probe implications of each method, and communicate the data clearly with all relevant team members. The moment when I have been accepted for PhD program in Electrical Engineering was one of the happiest in my life, however due to lack of financial resources needed for studies abroad I feel at risk of missing this life opportunity. Therefore with this letter I would like to apply for the scholarship. This project gives me the opportunity to develop and improve in a research field that is part of my professional goals systems as well as the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment, of a highly qualified academic level, with which I’ve got an excellent marks and therefore a meritorious qualification. I am aware of the dedication and perseverance that is needed to achieve the best results in this field and I believe that my experience will allow me to get it. That’s a great opportunity demonstrate my abilities and acquire new skills. I request to ask if you would be interested in being as a supervisor for me.
