Dear Sir/Madam An excellent passion for the field of communications coupled with the strong desire of becoming a communication Professor in the near future has always been my long time dream. The long journey started when I opted to be a student of Literature at the Senior Secondary school level where I completed successfully. I then continued to the Ghana Institute of Journalism where I offered a course in Diploma in Communication Studies completing with excellent grades. The desire to achieve my dream took me to the University for Development Studies where I studied a Degree course majoring in Development Communications. Even though, I combined work with full time schooling, I still managed to obtain a GPA of 3.20, an achievement which could not have been possible without determination and commitment. Through research, I have come to learn that the Communication University of China is among world leading universities providing excellent academic and practical training in the field of journalism and communications. This, therefore informed my decision to seek the opportunity to study the International Master of International Communication. A glance through the course modules, I realized that it also places emphasis on research, an area I love and wish to develop my capacity in. The University, with some of the best lecturers in communication combined with a sound academic environment, I am well convinced that the University presents me with the best opportunity to pursue my dreams. With over seven years working experience as a Journalists with the Ghana News Agency, I am optimistic that the International Communication will broaden my horizon and enable me practice journalism now with an international perspective. This will boost my organizations capacity as it attaches high importance to staff upgrading their capacity. This will again help my country as issues of international concern will be reported. Personally, I am a very disciplined, committed and determined young man always desirous of completing any task am confronted with within schedule without compromising on high results no matter how challenging the task is. I therefore assure you that I am a very humble person, friendly and with great respect of other people and their cultures which makes me a very good person to work. with. I love participating in other extra curricular activities especially soccer.
