I choose this University because it is in the list of the China Scholarship for Zanzibar which I am applying; also it provides the course which is very essential to me and to my office. Professionally, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management of the Institute of Finance Management of Tanzania in 2012. This course builds a very good base of interaction with other disciplines particularly social sciences. I am assigned as a Social Protection Officer which made me to be much interested with the discipline and the desire of engaging in somewhat different discipline from the previous degree (be multi disciplinary). This will enable me have improved quality of myself in terms of knowledge and analytical capacity of the social welfare, and have combined knowledge that will enable me better triangulate a range of social and development issues and concerns that emerge in my daily works.
