My reasons for selecting Zhejiang university as my choice of institution is that it's one of the more established universities in not only China but the world. It is also renowned in China for possessing one of the best levels of teachings in both English and Chinese. I also feel as though being able to experience a different culture will work in broadening my perspective in life, and furthering my knowledge interms of learning about diversity. The peoples Republic of China is also known to have one of the largest populations in the world, and I feel as though being exposed to the Chinese culture and language will only serve to better my communicative and empathetic skills especially considering the close relationship between China, my country Lesotho and all the Chinese people that have settled there. Studying at your wonderful institution is indeed an opportunity that I would be honoured to have.
