I chose this university because South China University Of Technology is known as one of the best university in Southern China and appears in the top 20 universities in China. It is also the best university in Guangdong province to learn engineering and because of the program I chose (Computer Science and Technology), I believe this is the right university for me. SCUT also shows up among the "top 50 best universities in the World" in terms of "engineering study". I believe pursuing my studies at SCUT would really help me taste the new experience of university life and the level of education given by "expert teachers ". Meeting with new international student would also help me improve my way of thinking and mix with the different cultures to understand one another’s view point. Because China is today the World’s world leader in terms of Economy, I believe interacting with Chinese student and understand their cultures and language would play a huge level of importance for me.
