The below reasons underpinned while I choose to study at WISE and Xiamen University:

Firstly, the program structure of Xiamen University’s Master Degree in Quantitative Economics perfectly matches my search for a postgraduate degree in Economics at a Chinese top flight university.

Besides, the history of WISE as one of the top five institutes of economics in china also underpin my desire to choose Xiamen University amongst many other Universities in China. Moreover, the fact that Xiamen University is amongst the group of universities in China on “211 Project” and “985 Project” makes it an exciting place of learning for any international student including me that is opting for postgraduate studies in China.

Finally, the geographical location of Xiamen University in one of China’s five economic zones makes it an ideal place of learning and interactions for international students. Therefore, Xiamen City provide the platform for me as an international student to gain an immersive new international experience.
