Tongji university would be a good university for me to attend because the university works to expand its collaboration with European countries, such as Germany and North America, it has also partnered with universities in major Asian countries, and expanded its influence into Africa; this therefore creates an international exchange and cooperation framework with distinct features, wide coverage, full initiatives, and high quality across the world. It actively develops its cooperation with top universities and enterprises both at home and abroad by signing cooperative agreements with over 200 overseas universities. This network that the university has created for itself helps me as I plan on specializing further in the field of medicine in other countries therefore the university would help me expand my global education as well as academic education. Tongji is actively pushing its internationalization, and has become a window of overseas educational, and it has established a exchange program for students which would be helpful to me as it would enable me to have the chance to build my own bridges with universities which are affiliated to Tonji university. Another reason why I have chosen this university is because my cousin has studied at Tonji and speaks highly of it, this has influenced my perception on the university and convinced me that it is a good place to study.
