I am Bilal Ahmed from poor and needy family of Balakot Pakistan. I am student of FSc Pre Medical in Government Post graduate College No! Abbottabad. I am interested to learn Fine Arts from the Ningbo University, but getting admission in these institutions is very difficult because of the high admission and living costs. Ningbo University scholarship is good opportunity for me to study in state of the art institution in Great Britain. Therefore I am applying for Sep 8 course Fine Arts in Ningbo University.
