I did my first degree in China and Jilin University of Technology, in Changchun. I know the environment and I speak Chinese. I have an interest in the PhD in Information and Communication Engineering program that you offer. I believe that the PhD program will not only expand my knowledge and skills but also enhance my career. I also hope that I will be able to contribute to the body of knowledge in my research area. I am a Lecturer I believe I can easily acclimatize and pursue the program without many difficulties.
