Tongji University does accept international students as self‑funded applicants even if they are not awarded a scholarship. Manage CalFresh account Scholarship rejection does not automatically mean admission rejection; you can still be admitted as a self‑funded student if you meet the academic and language requirements and apply within the correct deadlines.
