From autumn 2007 to autumn 2013 I was a student at the University of Oslo, studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese and Korean language. As well as being interested in Chinese language and culture, I’ve always had a big interest in computer science and technology. I now therefore seek to obtain a degree at the South China University of Technology, so that I can be part of the rapid development we now see within the field of technology, and enrich my future understanding and acquire a better insight to the challenges the growing scale of technology might provide upon us. The South China University of Technology is consistently ranked among the best Universities in China and I’ve heard the University has a beautiful campus, as well as good facilities, and excellent professors and teachers. China is a world leader and among the most innovative countries in the world, when it comes to computer science and technology. I therefore believe a degree at the South China University of Technology will help me in my search of a prospective profession.
