When I made decision I want to study in China I was looking for a university which would be able to help me understand Chinese culture, economics and overall market, but also provide me a way how to stay in touch with Central Europe, my home. I believe that Zhejiang University of Science and Technology is the best choice for me thanks to its position in one of the most prosperous business cities in a whole China, its international cooperation with various of European and others universities and its multicultural environment. Not only its School of Economics and Management in one of the best and I have read a lot about its achievements and scientific research but thanks to large field of courses and schools I believe I would be able to get knowledge outside my course and specialization. I also appreciate strong focus on graduate employability I focus on economics and business since start of my high school, I have chose General Business as my profiled subject, I have wrote seminary paper on topic “Comparison of the economies of the People's Republic of China and the European Union“ and I have experienced 6 months long online course of microeconomics. I keep a keen attitude towards studying and always try to learn something extra and above level of lectures. I am use to communicate with people from different cultures and with various of interests and I enjoy this experience. I hope when I will hopefully start on ZUST I would have deeper understanding of Chinese culture, customs and language because of my three weeks stay in Shanghai (25th June to 16th July) and therefore it would be smoother for me to accommodate to new environment.
