What caught my interest in the University is the fact that my major aims is to build and strengthen my career profession in business/accountancy fields. i hold a diploma in co-operative and business administration, diploma in SACCO and microfinance management from the Uganda co-operative college kigumba-Uganda. It is important that the course will improve on my administrative skills knowledge and increase my educational career growth and development in the field of business and accounting. the diploma courses i have acquired in the field of business and finance in Uganda that have me to gain vast experience in the field of finance and as well as working in the micro finance industry. Above all as it will boost my competence in the national and international job markets where experience and relevant qualification take precedence in the global market economy. i have chosen to study at the Bonghua University because it is one of the most accredited institutions of higher learning; offers internationally recognized qualification, diverse academic discipline and courses in the field of business and finance, highly professional and experienced team of lecturer that offers distinguished teaching quality to meet the current changes in the global job market. Students who normally complete their programs successfully at Bonghua University are always given first preference for admission to London school of commerce, high rate of employment to students that graduate favorably at national and international job labor markets, language of instructions is English in Uganda. my courses and previous experience with Agaru co-operative savings and credit society ltd as a leading serving the economically active poor have exposed me to acquire relevant skills and experience in effective communication, accounting financial analysis and interpretation, customer care service report and minute writing, Microsoft excel, micro banker (MBWin) accounting software, sales team dynamics, telephone and e-mail skills, organization skills among other intricacies of working in financial and banking industry. These skills and experiences have made me to believe that the roles and responsibilities performed at my previous work place have guaranteed success in pursuing the the Bachelor Degree course at Bonghua University However, i believe that after pursuing the Bacholar Degree program, i will be able to climb the ladder to the next level in terms of responsibility at my current and new opting for after completion. more so, i will be able to work as financial analyst general manger, business expert and finance and economics and create employment to the youths, provide professional management skills and knowledge to the community as well as my current work place, build relevant professional education career directed towards high performance in an organization in achieving the set goals and objectives, be a role module citizen in the community in building responsible citizens which promotes community interest and act as an agent for rural transformation, utilize the new knowledge and skills gained from the institution to break the vicious cycle of poverty through initiating sustainable income generating activities in the community to achieve sustainable economic growth and development. My work and life ethics are harmony, peaceful co-existence, love and going an extra distance in performing the tasks assigned.
