- Applicant’s academic info : degree type, program name, duration, attendance rate

- Word like “This student has finished the program on xxxx-xx-xx, we have no objection about this student’s application proposal to other university.

- University info : school full name, phone number, email etc.

- Issued Date with official stamp by the related department/school/university
