I want to learn Chinese and be fluent in this language and I think that Liaoning Normal University has a Chinese language program which suits me perfectly. Moreover the city is not as much crowded of foreign people as Shanghai or Beijing. I want to have a real Chinese experience that is why I choose Liaoning University.
