This university fulfills my requirements; it suits me financially and moreover, it offers my desired programme, Mechanical Engineering, in English. It has good staff members and learned teachers who have grip on their respected subjects. I have been doing research lately before choosing my university and I am satisfied to know that Zhejiang University is what I am looking for. It holds a reputed name in engineering and has a good environment for international students like me. Belonging from a very mediocre family in Pakistan, and having sense of responsibility for my dedicated parents, I can't decide to go to universities in Beijing or any other expensive city/province where my parents can't afford my living. This place suits me and I think I will be able to pay there and after working hard I might get some scholarship, who knows? Lastly, I would like to add why I chose to leave my country and gain exposure in a foreign place: last two years had been quite rough for me in both emotional and financial matters. I had tough time concentrating fully on my studies to these sudden crisis yet I managed to survive. But what I have learned from these grevious circumstances was that life is a risky journey and no matter what you have to keep going- overcoming every obstacle in your way; no matter what you have to try and try and try until you succeed. It doesn't matter what others say; it doesn't matter who opposes you for there will be always someone who will judge you and try to put negativity in you. All you should care is how big your dreams are more importantly, how hardly you're trying to achieve them. I am highly optimistic about getting my admission in this university and once I do, I hope I will be able to embrace a lot of good vibes, knowledge and ,yes, my degree in Mechanical Engineering. Not only that, but also bring change to my personality and shape my career into a refulgent future. I hope whoever is reading this gives me a chance to prove myself and help me bring a change to my country as well as to my family.
