I would like to express my thankful and appreciation to your esteemed university for submitting this opportunity to join the master program in ( law), as I am very interested to participate and enrich my knowledge and skills in this field because of the limited opportunities and weak education system in Iraq. I have more than (10) years experienced in the procurement and contracting system in Iraq and working as contracts department officer for more than (10) years and now I'm trainer in the Training and development Administrative staff center in this ministry . This department has the highest authority in the ministry of health to prepare procurement documents, announce biddings, manage bidders clarifications, evaluate bids, negotiate bidders, award and sign the contracts with annual value of more than ( 2 billion US $). You know the arbitration is a branch of commercial law and one of methods to resolve the conflict between the contract parties I want to specialize in this field and give courses in the subject of arbitration to all the employer working in the contracts departments. I believe that the study in this field will prepare me for a successful in my job after graduation and given me a better study experiences I have when i return and provide me with The tools to succeed in future career by by learn the rules that solve legal problems Am delighted to study in your valuable colleges to enhance the local legitimate especially the procurement and contracts regulations by sharing my experience with my tutors and colleagues and learning from the high level professors with the advanced materials would be submitted by them. And to understand the united state legal system and to read, understand and use cases to construct legal argument. I wish after graduate from this program that I have the ability to make a comparison between the procurement system in Iraq and the international systems like EU, WB, USA or others to determine the weakness and strength points in Iraqi procurement System and to transform the information acquired in study period to my colleague and experts in Iraq in order to develop their skills and knowledge to be able to understand, adopt and practice the international systems and become active member in the office contributing to the work that needs to be a accomplished .
