There are different reasons why I would like to join the Chinese language program in your university. First of all, I just spent my first year in China, thanks to a Bachelor Double-Degree between Novancia, a French business school in Paris, and 首都经济贸易大学, in Beijing. This made me want to stay longer in this country: even if I began to study Chinese language and culture 6 years ago, there are still so many characters unknown for me, and I am far from knowing everything about the so interesting Chinese culture. I am absolutely passionate about what understanding another culture can bring to me, and I hope your university will help me to do it. Speaking Chinese is today a wonderful advantage, especially in terms of business, and my objective is to use my knowledge of the French and the Chinese cultures to strengthen relationships between our countries.

Secondly, the Beijing Language and Culture University is for sure one of the best university in this field: you have 54-year old experience, which give you the longest history above any other Chinese university, you are focused on foreign students, and your campus is located in the most important Chinese city. Students from all countries in the world and the best teachers in their areas are coming to your university. That is exactly what I am looking for, that is why I chose your university instead of another one.
