After having done some research on the internet, knowing I wanted to study in China, I realised that Zhejiang University was the best option.

First of all, Zhejiang university is located in the beautiful city of Hangzhou. The amazing West Lake is just around the corner, all the facilities you need are at walking distance, Hangzhou's city center is easily accessible by public transport, and its night life very promising.

Another important reason that contributed to my decision of choosing this university is the language program, which I chose. The program's duration is one year and it offers small class teachings and an appropriate level of Chinese that will be taught, in order to make the lessons nor too easy nor too difficult.

Although Hangzhou is an immense city, it is not as known as Shanghai or Beijing, which means the people of Hangzhou are less 'adapted' to foreigners and you will learn Chinese very fast because you will pushed to speak Chinese more often.

The video's giving you a virtual tour of the campus gave me a good impression of the campus and everyday life there. Altogether Zhejiang university seems like an excellent place to be studying Chinese in a pleasant environment. I'm looking forward to studying at Zheda!
