I am actually working in National Society in Telecommunication of Niger (SONITEL) as a telecomunication Technician ,I want to be specialize in Telecommunication technology and system Information such as (the voice over IP, Networking Security,cyber criminality and security,LTE )

After finishing in china training I will come in my country and orient my training experience for my community and developed new telecom and technology information service , reduce numeric billing ,amelioration of the internet access for the people.

I am currently working in network operating center of SONITEL (NOC), National Telecommunication Company of Niger. We exploited telecom service and internet for the VOIP and TDM .China training will help me and staff in this company to understand the new architecture network and Internet services and proposed good quality on the telecom service. In my Company we are in the process of migrating to 3G and IMS Core and with HUAWEI must know the Internet architecture and services and oriented our architecture on the NGN next generation network.

I am interesting to the telecom technologies and System Information because I should create and developed news service and help my staff and my community to reduce time In work in the using news technologies of information , and always accessing internet . I hope to continue my carrier in telecom or system information. That is why; I apply for this program because it will help me to increase my knowledge getting more experiences, in telecom technologies, system information, Internet Architecture and Services. This program will help me to increase my knowledge and also in the elaboration of a new project and reduce the billing of services of my country, Internet penetration is the low in Niger, it is represent 7,34 % of the people who have access to internet.
