First of all, I choose the city of Guangzhou because I always wanted to learn chinese and a friend of mine told me about this city. She said that it was really impressive and the chinese culture was still there and that is what I wanted. Then, I have basic knowledge in chinese and I know that it is really difficult to learn so that is why I want to study the language for one year in an intensive programm. So the South China University of Technology was the only university to offer those kind of courses. As a Visual Merchandising Designer, Chinese language, culture and design are coming very important to find a place in Switzerland or somewhere else so I am really motivated to improve in all of those subjects. I always loved to travel and discover different countries so I am really impatient to come in September.
