Why Regular Engine Oil Change is the Key to a Healthy Engine

Hey folks,
I wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on the importance of an Engine Oil change. A lot of drivers wait too long before changing their oil, but I’ve always heard it’s one of the most important parts of car maintenance.

Oil breaks down over time, loses its lubrication power, and collects dirt and debris, which can harm the engine. That’s why most mechanics recommend an Engine Oil change every 3,000–5,000 miles (or as per your car’s manual).

I’m curious – how often do you get your oil changed? Do you do it yourself at home, or do you prefer taking your car to a shop? Also, what type of oil do you use—synthetic, blend, or conventional?
