Hey everyone, I’ve been going through a rough patch lately and started looking into different resources for emotional and psychological healing. I stumbled across this site called psychologicalhealing.net. It seems legit and has some interesting content on trauma recovery, emotional processing, and personal growth, but I’m a bit cautious when it comes to online mental health resources.
I’m curious if anyone else has used the site or followed any of their recommendations. Did you find it helpful or worth your time?
