Study plan for PhD program My name is Esayas W/Tinsae I was born on October1, 1985 in T/Maichew/Axum. After fulfilled eight year elementary education, I was successfully entered Axum senior secondary school. After four years colorful and study hard in high school, I become an undergraduate student in Debremarkos University. After consecutive three years of study hard, I was graduated with Bachelor degree in mathematics Education on July 11, 2009 with great distinction. Following two successive months latter of graduation I was admitted to the postgraduate program, by Ministry of Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, to pursue Master studies in Mathematics Education at Addis Ababa University and I was graduate on July 21,2011. Currently I’m one of the lecturers working in Adigrat University, one of the newly established universities, since July 21, 2011. Saying that, now I have basically the following reasons for wishing to pursue Doctor’s Degree program in China. First, China has well equipped universities with known professors, advanced teaching, research and recreational facilities for the university community at large in spite of the global quality education scholarships are offered to international students on the annual basis. Secondly, China universities are involving in many internationally respected research projects and often invites leading international scientists and scholars to teach and give lectures. These cutting edge lectures together with various specialized education programs are designed to enhance student’s knowledge in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering, Health, Agriculture, social sciences and humanities, art, sports and others which stimulate student’s academic thinking. These strong learning and research environment of China universities enables graduate students to acquire solid basic knowledge, scientific insight, creative thinking, realistic analysis, energetic experimental investigation, collaborative work and a creative team spirit. Thirdly, as Ethiopia is one of the developing countries, almost all universities in the country are not well equipped with advanced teaching and learning, Research and recreation facilities for students in general and for the university community in particular. Additionally, of the research institutes found in Ethiopia, most of them are stand only by having the given name of the research institute. On the other hand, even though there are standardized huge machines, there is modest skilled man power to operate it. For above listed three reasons, I would like to be trained in specialized education programs designed to enhance student’s knowledge in different disciplines in well equipped universities with advanced teaching, research and recreational facilities for the university community at large. Now I’m one of the motivated students to study Doctorial Degree abroad in China for the academic year 2015 -1016 and the program is normally completed within 3-4 years. Within this academic year, I will try to acquire solid basic knowledge, basic skill, scientific insight, creation, realistic analysis, experimental investigation and collaborative work with in my specialization in particular and others in general. After I finished the study I will come back to my country, bring those acquired knowledge of what I have leaned and apply it in the country higher institutions.
