I have MA in Urban Management, BA in Development Administration, Diploma in Mathematics and Professional Certificate in Management and I have served for more than 25 year in government offices. I am applying PhD Program for the year 2019/2020 in your University. Basically, I am interested apply PhD in Urban Planning and Management because I have done my bachelors in Development Administration and MA in Urban Management subjects. Now I am aimed to do PhD in Environmental Management or Public Administration courses and I know that according to the rules and regulations of Universities of China. My friends told me that Education in Chinese Universities is more friendly and promoting higher education in every possible manner without discrimination of race, gender and religion. Though often demanding, such a system with its lack of rigid scheduling is also highly stimulating as it encourages students to develop a critical mind and an independent approach – two highly sought attributes in today’s knowledge-based employment market. The study program may take 3-4 years in the university. The study plan will be redesign based on after offering scholarship. But I designed tentative plan for my PhD program.
