Hello, I am currently a baker in France and I have worked in many bakeries . Some persons I know are ready to hire me in China. But if I have to move to China for work, I would rather learn Mandarin at first. So I chose the Fujian Normal University because my chinese contacts live in Fuzhou City. I also heard about the qualities of its education, so I'd like to come to China in Fuzhou in the intention to learn Mandarin for 6 months. And then I might have a chance to work there in bakeries or I could continue learn chinese 6 more months if I feel that's necessary.
