The reason I am applying for a PhD at this university is Subject to the expertise within the School of Business and Management, despite the theoretical strength, has a very few courses directly related to my major interest, organizational behaviour Innovation Management, HRM and employee relation. For this reason I would like to deepen my practical understanding of International organizational behaviour and relate it to more focused concentration on Crime, Deviance at Working Environment Role of Identification and Its Pathologies on Workplace Deviance Typologies through the program of the respective university.
