The reason for me to choose Southeast University is, it is one of the oldest universities in China whose roots can be traced back in 1902 , also the university falls under the 211 and 985 project sanctioned by the Government. This prestigious university offered the program that I wanted to take up but at a very low cost, which is really commendable. But what fascinated me was the University is based in the historical city of Nanjing. Also the University Campus is really beautiful and the environment is very peaceful . Apart from this my research shows that the University ranks 4th in Discipline, it has the best professional full time teachers and friendly and helpful administrative staff. It focuses on quality of education and high standard for students. The university also provides high employment rate and motivates students towards success and positivity. Also the University creates opportunity to experience different cultures, religions, languages, traditions and most importantly different perspectives. According to me, the Southeast University would be the best place for me to not only shape my knowledge and future but also would help me develop into a wonderful and vibrant personality. I feel here, I would be able to change my future with my efforts and the guidance from the University. I hope and wish I would land a place in this university so that my dreams and aspirations come true.
