China is a very distinguished and prosperous country. This has been evidenced by its rapid growth on the industrial, economic and political scene respectively. There are many reasons to why I want to further my education in China.

China is one of the leading countries in advanced technology. For a prospective medical student like me, China is the place to go. It has produced many renowned world class medical students. China also provides a healthy market for medicine in general through its advanced technology. The high level of advanced technology in the country will help me attain my degree, develop my career as well as improve and enhance my industrial skills.

China is a multicultural country. I am keen to explore and experience different cultures and China will make it possible for me to get my desired experience. There is a very good relationship between the Chinese government and the Botswana government spanning to over 40 years, In fact the Botswana government is calling for an intellectual exchange program between the two countries and I for one want to be in that program.

Chinese government has advocated a contemporary vocational education that will help nurture tens of millions of doctors, technical workers and "open the gates of success to young people. It will also enhance market competitiveness of products made in China and help upgrade the Chinese economy, and that of the world in general.

The Universities encourage youngsters to grasp a specific skill rather than only have a diploma, which is exactly what need in Botswana and Africa is in general. We need education with production. I strongly believe that studying medicine in China will boost me with relevant skills that are highly needed by Botswana. I believe that Chinese Universities can assist me to maximize my potential for the Betterment of not only Botswana but the whole Africa.
