Having opportunities by studying as a researcher, I would like to concentrate on Asian research area. I am interested in problems of employment, human resources management, developing real sectors of economy and modernizing the organizational-economic mechanism of them. My research project involves combination of these subjects. During my research, I have specialized in Management sphere. Today, Textile and Light Industry is important in improving life of population by manufacturing competitive goods and providing people financially. In my research toward a doctoral degree, I analyze the scientific researches and activities of Textile and Light Industry in Uzbekistan and abroad. While conducting research and gaining experience, I have realized that I need to explore ownership relations which may create some problems in market economy conditions. Besides, I am going to learn feature aspects of simulating technical-economical processes in Textile and light industry. If I attend in PhD program, I would have chance to enlarge my research and activity in Chine and Uzbekistan. While writing special features of developing organizational-economical mechanism of Textile and Light Industry system, I'll also express my academic and professional goals. The dominant themes of my purpose are to coordinate enterprises management to market requirements and simulate economic activity and production processes, to use mathematical modeling methods those are most important to manage processes, to research mathematical modeling of economic processes, to optimize of using productive capacity, to develop market equilibrium model for branch, to use correlation-regression models, to create and improve the production function for Textile and light industry etc. At the same time, I am trying to learn foreign economic relations by taking part in the creative process, experimenting with the methods used by Chinese professors. In terms of my career, I see myself as a teacher of economics who teaches how to analyze statistic data, edit and develop management and marketing. I consider that doctoral studies would be valuable for me in several ways. First, this scholarship program would provide me with the practical teaching experience which I am eager to acquire. Furthermore, having Chine experiences would advance other two career goals by adding to my skills, both critical and creative abilities, in working with new methods. Ultimately, I see the doctoral level as an end itself, as well as a professional stepping-stone; I enjoy studying researches in developed countries for its own sake and I would like to continue my studies on the level demanded by the doctoral program.
