Because this University is offering a course of study related to my field of study and indeed where I developed keen interest on the said area (governance). In addition, I want expand my horizon on the topical issue of Africa's concern that is good governance for betterment and serving humanity and after which I could be able to serve humanity and society at large by virtue of the skills which I would anticipated to acquired in this great Chinese University.
