Since I was student of low grade I have been thinking/hoping to study in one of Chines University which surely helps me to develop my future academic carrier; beyond that it helps me to know culture of beautiful people (chines). So, studying/having the chance to study in china means to me it means to develop multi culture that helps me to deal with the people of the World. Here in Ethiopia, the business environment is in the infant stage, even though the country need very energetic academician and business expert who helps to transform the country in to the large economic sphere. In the fields of business I as lecturer want to bring a change in producing very energetic human power those helps in economic transformation of the country.
