Growing up, I grew up in a business orientated family. My father who ran most business inspired me to venture into the business industry. And from that tender young age of having being groomed by a family business orientated family; my passion grew stronger and stronger in having an interest in the way the business world operates among our everyday lives. My reasoning for venturing into the business industry is because of its multifaceted and fascinating nature of the subject. My passion for this subject grew at my secondary level when I chose Economics as one of my electives; it made realize how important Economics was, as it molded me into making important decisions that would impact me in the future. It contributed to the first class of my knowledge. It gave me the tools for understanding the economic world and how to interpret events that would either directly or indirectly affect me. 2014 I later joined the Botswana Accountancy College to study my BA (HONS) Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership for 3 years and 4 months, and having completed my BA (HONS) Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership with a Second class Second Division (2:2). Learning at the University taught me the principles of what Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership exactly where. It clearly meant I was to become a valuable leader who looked both inward and outward for answers, whether I was trying to solve a large, general problem like surviving a recession or a smaller, specific one like collecting a debt. I needed to have a deep understanding of myself and what drove me, while at the same time viewing my work as being part of a bigger whole, as a mixture of synergies that involved many other people. I also received the Student Inspirational Award 2017 through the University of Sheffield Hallam. Having taken several internships with organizations such as Nashua Jwaneng Mine and Mr Price where I gained valuable and transferable skill sets that are needed in today’s fast paced sector. My objective is centralised in being an astute learner and the best performer in your esteemed organization so that I can build an innovative career by using my creative and initiative ideas, genuine enthusiasm, skills and other significant talents to succeed in an environment conducive for growth, excellence as well as earn a scholarship which provides me job satisfaction, self-development and help me achieve personal and organizational goals. I have strived to excel not only in academics, but also in attaining a perspective and point of view that will allow me not only to understand the world of Business Administration, but to also contribute my own theories and understanding of the subject to the world. I sincerely hope, my pursuits in studying at your recognized University, will allow you to grant me the opportunity to attend your University, and hope to further broaden my perspective by attending you school.
