Hi Team, I am currently looking for Masters program to enhance my skill set. I have been working more than 15 years however due to lack of higher degree/ education I have not been able to rise in my organization / over all career. I am certainly looking for career advancement now as competition has been increased tremendously. When I saw that university is inviting people even those are in 40’s I felt that this is definitely going to help me to realize my dream of doing master’s with international exposure. I could not go for higher studies in past due to many personal reasons. Now for next 20 years I will be totally focusing on myself, my career. Hence I guess it would be an wonderful opportunity for me to get myself enrolled for better future. Once I will finish my studies I will definitely will be in better position to stand at the same level with my peers back in India who all are Masters from prestigious universities with global exposures whereas I am just a simple graduate hence not getting equal opportunity for upward movement. Therefore I would definitely like to go for it. When we hear that life begins at 40s, so why not for me as well. If not now then will never ! I will look forward to your response. Best Regards, Smiti
