The transformation that I have undergone over the past few years has been very telling. The most prominent of advantages of education is that, it is a tool by which a brain is refined in order to make man a more beneficial creature. I can say with the utmost surety that knowledge of both the practical world and the one pertaining to academics has and will in future too prove to be for my benefit. I realized that I had a close affinity towards that almost literally drives the world. I believe that in order to gain a greater understanding of my field of interest,it is imperative that I pursue even higher education in this regard.I have faith in myself that I will try my best in succeeding in my chosen field, and have the confidence to take challenges head-on. Being Ex- member of finance of Age Khan Education Service, Pakistan Gilgit- Baltistan Office I have been supervised many staff with in finance. As well as I was responsible to oversee the finance functions in Age Khan Education Service, Pakistan – Gilgit Baltistan schools across the region, providing strategic leadership to the team in line with the organization’s financial policies and procedures and also providing support in budget development in line with school operations. I am glad to mention here that I was proved to be an excellent team leader due to many qualities including my diligence, hard work, intellectual and professional acumen, and capacity to effectively engage with my team and with other professionals working in the organization.

I am fully optimistic enthusiasm and commitment to the cause of education in the organization is unparallel I make efforts beyond my professional responsibilities to contribute towards the cause of education by taking part in the tasks of other units, reaching out to schools at very remote areas of Mountainair area with harsh weather to discuss their issues and helping them address those issues. My job is quite challenging due to the challenging social and political environment of Gilgit –Baltistan however I had performed duty in a highly careful and sensible manner.

Parallel to my professional skills, .My Academic credentials and experience makes me a critical thinker with a sound intellectual approach. I have quest for leaning and the ability to adjust in an intellectually challenging environment I believe that I will every potential to make the maximum of this opportunity for the larger benefit of her region in particular and country in general. I believe I can rise to the expectations of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan and Pakistan. I hoping returning from exposure and take on much greater leadership roles in developing the educational environment in Gilgit-Baltistan. I also believed that when I will came apart of China I can very well share the educational experience of the fellows in classrooms in the china and contribute at a very high level in scholarly discourses.
