I graduated from the University of the Gambia and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. The four years undergraduate program in Accountancy and my work experience formed the basis of my determination towards achieving an in depth knowledge in the Accounting and Financial sector. University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) is a reasonable step for further development.

I am applying to the University of International Business and Economics because of its reputation, its good professors and higher education is promoted in every possible manner. I would be honored to continue my further education in UIBE.

As I embark upon a new stage of my life, I believe that a postgraduate study will provide a landmark in my career along with an instrumental experiences that will allow me to become successful and assist in achieving my goals. . After I read the course requirements of the university, I believed that it suite my interest and profile. Since my goal is to work in the public sector especially in the Accountant General’s Department where I can provide support on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to Budget Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, Forecasting needs and the Securing of new funding.

Another reason to pursue graduate studies in UIBE underscored by my desire to be part of the graduate program of the university. I perceive it to be an opportunity to interact with professors and students from diverse professional and different cultural background. I am confident that overall opportunity to study at UIBE will help me integrate different ideas and perspective pertaining to diverse global issues.
