Why Study Civil Engineering at Xi'an Shiyou University?

This university is the best for me because it is qualified in teaching petroleum engineering which is the course i am wanting to pursue. And another thing is its environment, it has best surroundings for fieldwork and the university campus is welcoming and beautiful. I loved it.
