Why Study Sichuan Dialect at Southwest Minzu University?

I spent time in China on a business internship, and while I was there I met many friends who attended SWUN. I love the university and the area of Chengdu. In addition, I made many Tibetan friends, so I would love to be able to speak their language, as I have already learned to speak some Chinese.
