Why Study Chinese Language Class at Beijing Chinese Language...

I'm a Zambia working as a liaison officer were they need some one who knows Chinese Languague. To me its an opportunity if given a scholarship to study Chinese language make use of it in my country for protocol purposes. I thank you.
