Getting a fully or partially funded scholarship in China

Good evening, I am a Nigerian looking to study for my masters in China but have no idea on how to access Government funded scholarship for the master's program.

I have no idea of universities that offer Cyber Security courses and the internet results are too broad so please I would really appreciate any form of assistance or directions I can get.

Hello there! I am currently living in a town of UAE and doing a job at custom football jersey shop but i have to do the masters and have no idea about which university is best and the affordable.
